6 Different Types of Cakes for Your Taste Bud
We all have our own favorites. Some people prefer sweet, rich cakes. While for others it might be little thick cakes with scoop of whipped cream and fresh berries. While some of you don’t even touch anything but a sweet cream pineapple cake, there are few of you who love dark chocolate cakes. But whatever the preferences are, it is good to know about different varieties and kinds when it comes to cakes.
There are mainly two types of cakes: butter and foam. And
within each category there are different varieties. The main difference between
two types of cakes is their fat content. Butter cakes are usually made up of
butter and oil. Foam cakes have little fat with whipped eggs that makes them
lighter and airier.

in the South regions. Red

Dark Chocolate Cake: It’s a chocolate day. Everyone loves
chocolate cake.
Filled with chocolate butter cream, cocoa powder and served with hot cup of
coffee, chocolate cake is definitely a treat for everyone. Dark chocolate cake
is moist, rich and deeply chocolate which uses both cocoa powder and molten
chocolate. The cocoa powder gives the cake a velvety texture while melted
chocolate enhance its flavor.
The toppings are usually spread on the bottom of the pan
often with butter and sugar topped with special cake butter. This is specially
a treat for those who prefer fruits and natural flavors.
Dry Cakes: Dry cakes are amongst the most favorite cakes for
people with tea or coffee. Made with cream butter and condensed milk these are
usually filled with dry fruits like almonds, cashew nuts and walnuts which are
perfect ad-on for any tea table.
